Hot Water Tank Flood in Oklahoma City, OK

This beautifully remodeled home in Oklahoma City was only recently remodeled. All hardwood floors in the house were refinished in the last three weeks before the flood. The homeowners returned from walking their dogs to find water throughout their house and in most of their floor vents. SERVPRO of North Oklahoma City responded on a Sunday within one hour of receiving the call.  As a result of our quick response and fast drying time, we were able to save all of the hardwood floors and only had to remove a few pieces of toe kick from the kitchen cabinets. The homeowners were most appreciative of our approach to remove only what was needed and dry items in place when possible. We were out of the house in 3 days.
